This site uses the example information from Quality Analyst to show how you can integrate your process control information within your existing web site. This site is made available using the built-in Page Server utility which which is ideal for small internal sites, however you can easily use Microsoft IIS to manage your pages.
This site demonstrates the some of charts and user-interation which you can incorporate to disseminate Quality Control information to anyone using a standard web browser. Quality Control charts can be generated on-the-fly or can be scheduled to update at specific times. Charts can be displayed in a JPG or PNG format, alternatively you can produce charts which can be opened in the Quality Analyst Graphics Viewer which allows users to Zoom in on specific areas and change the way in which the charts are displayed.
Each chart or report is created using a Quality Analyst RUN file which is "called" by the Web Server. Any of the charts available in Quality Analyst can be displayed using Quality Analyst Web Server, you can also ask users to enter in a particular date range or other optional data so that the resulting chart is specific to the part of the production process that they are interested in.
Quality Analyst Web Server is the perfect way to tie your suppliers more closely to your quality procedures and requirements. By tapping into SPC data on their shipments, they can view your analysis in the format you prefer. You can also send your customers just the information they want, rather than making them search through detailed reports.

Quality Analyst Web Server provides exception reports displayed as web pages. The reports list product specification and SPC violations organized by Data Set and Variable. The relevant SPC chart for each set of exceptions is created with the click of a button.
Customized exception reports may be developed using XSLT, and users can "subscribe" to specific exceptions with RSS.
